		<description>Ladies:

I am writing due to concern over the possible demolition of what appears to my eyes as an historic landmark...1657 Cape Cod, at 295 Head of the Bay, MA. It needs restoration. The Realtor has no interior pics posted. I am concerned it may be destroyed, because descriptive info suggests this possibility. It is irreplaceable.

Could this be the house I read about in George Howe Colt&#039;s book The Big House...a long favored landmark...is it perhaps the antique store which has become an antique to which he refers. I emailed them today to inquire.

They are only asking $199,900. Can&#039;t this favored Community Landmark be saved?

I am in Oklahoma. We have NOTHING of this age. I cannot imagine allowing it&#039;s destruction. Do you know whom can bring attention to this matter.

Please help rescue this dear little old lady...
