It needs restoration. The Realtor has no interior pics posted. I am concerned it may be destroyed, because descriptive info suggests this possibility. It is irreplaceable. Could this be the house I read about in George Howe Colt's book The Big House...a long favored landmark...is it perhaps the antique store which has become an antique to which he refers. I emailed them today to inquire. They are only asking $199,900. Can't this favored Community Landmark be saved? I am in Oklahoma. We have NOTHING of this age.
